My show is named ‘A Musical Stream’, partly in honor of that afternoon in 2002 hearing Mana’o Radio for the first time, and partly because of one of my theories on how we listen to music. Every song tells its own story. Every album tells a different story. When you hear songs in an order that’s unexpected, you get what I call, “the theme within the stream,” and the possibilities are unlimited. I try to incorporate that philosophy across decades and genres of this incredible experience we share while listening to music.
