Happening every first Sunday of the month, Mana’o Radio Sunset Sundays fundraiser features a selection of talented Maui musicians and ‘ono food for sale with a portion of food sales supporting Mana’o Radio! Admission is only $5 and the views are priceless!

1. Mark Johnstone and Lenny Castellanos

Mark Johnstone
Multi-instrumentalist Mark Johnstone is best known for his keyboard work with the Grammy- nominated Mick Fleetwood Blues Band and The Island Rumors Band. He can also be found in a variety of settings as a soloist or sideman, displaying skills on keys, guitar, harmonica and vocals. While working and touring with Mick Fleetwood he shared the stage with many accomplished artists such as Carlos Santana, Willie Nelson, John Mayall, Michael MacDonald, Alice Cooper, Steven Tyler, Dave Mason, Pat Simmons, Sammy Hagar and many more.


Lenny Castellanos
Lenny Castellanos is a Grammy-nominated bass player and vocalist with over 40 years of experience performing on Maui. For 12 years, he played lead vocals and bass for “The Houseshakers” – House band at Fleetwood’s On Front Street, a beloved venue lost in the Lahaina fires of 2023. His long-standing presence in the Maui music scene has made him a respected and well-known musician in the community.

2. The Brothers Elberg
Dave and Brent Elberg were raised on Stevie Wonder, the Beatles, and old jazz, funk and soul music. Brent is an accomplished Keyboardist, drummer, composer, music teacher, and possesses the rare blend of humility and talent. Dave is a singer songwriter who has played in numerous bands in the last 15 years on Maui as well as the Jimi Hendrix and Led Zeppelin tributes. He released his album The Existential Tryst in 2022 and continues to write and record original music. Together, they are the Brothers Elberg.

3. Cheryl Rae
Maui based artist, Cheryl Rae has been performing for 25 years in Hawaii as well as SE Asia & Washington state. She’s an experienced Songwriter with a demonstrated history of working in the entertainment industry, skilled in Original Music, Bass, Audio Recording, Guitar Playing, and Music Composition. Strong arts and design professional with an Associates degree focused in Voice and Opera from London College of Music. Cheryl has performed with and shared the stage with Willie Nelson, Kris Kristofferson, Henry Kapono, Mick Fleetwood, Steve Grimes, Gretchen Rhodes, Gail Swanson, John Cruz and many other respected musicians.
