Mana’o Radio invites you to enjoy this special performance from one of Maui’s most beloved members of the music community, debuting her latest album!
This show will feature Vince Esquire, David Fraser, Geri Valdriz, Kathy Collins, and Steve Grimes.
Dorothy Betz has performed in almost every venue on Maui, and some on Oahu, since 1976, as a solo, a duo or trio with her late partner, Les Adam, all the way up to an eight-piece band.
She was a founding member and lead vocalist for the Mana’o Radio Orchestra, which played many times at the legendary Charley’s, opened at the MACC for Greg Allman to standing ovations, and played many festivals and concerts. She sang backup with such luminaries as Willie Nelson, Pat Simmons, Willie K, and many others.
