Mana’o Radio Presents: Carnivale!

Posted on January 31, 2019

Hot on the heels of our swinging Sweet 16 Birthday bash in 2018, we’re thrilled to announce a very special 17th anniversary celebration. Please join us on Sunday March 3rd for the first ever Mana’o Radio Carnivale – a Brazilian / Mardi Gras-style festival presented by The Dowling Company and Mill House Restaurant.

Come party with us from 2-6pm right off the beach at the VFW Hall in Kihei, and enjoy the irresistibly danceable rhythms of Ono Grimes Band, Dr. Nat & Rio Ritmo and Marimba Komborera. Get in the spirit with Gumbo, Jambalaya and more catered by Nalu’s Southshore Grill and join the costume contest in your best themed attire for a shot at cool prizes. Attendees can also score custom packages from the island’s best restaurants, hotels, attractions in our silent auction.

Tickets are $15 in advance or $20, with advance purchase tickets available now at 808 on Main in Wailuku or 808 Deli in Kihei – or online HERE.

Special thanks to our Community Partners for helping make this event possible, including Maui Kombucha, Maui Grown Therapies, Casanova Restaurant, Dave Futch, Valley Isle Marine Center, Outdoor Living, Pono Pies, 808 on Main, Lowenthal & Lowenthal, Picture it Framed, Matteo’s Osteriea and The Pet Shop.

Mahalo nui loa from all of us at KMNO Mana’o Radio 91.7 fm – Maui’s only 100% all-volunteer, listener-supported non-commercial radio station. We’ll celebrate with you soon at Carnivale!

This event is:

  • family friendly
  • no alcohol or smoking (beach is within a walk if need be)
