Mana’o Radio and ProArts Playhouse invite you to join us for a debut performance at ProArts by the Nicole Olney Band featuring Jeremy Savo of Cherreh Strawberry and Kevin Garland of Desert Hollow and Three 2 Five on Friday, May 30 at 7:30pm.
Nicole Olney is a poet, a yogi, and an aspiring five-string banjo witch. Her songs are articulate as well as dreamlike, weaving seamlessly between vivid grounding imagery and illuminated questioning that hits straight to the core. Her voice carries the kind of vintage vibrato power you’d find on a dusty old country record, together with a tender softness that leaves you with a feeling of ease.
This will be a special evening, as Nicole will have her band as well as dear friend and songwriter, Desirae Garcia, opening up the show!
