KIMO NEVIUS AND PROMISED ROAD AT PROARTS ON THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 22 AT 7:30 PM

Mana’o Radio welcomes Kimo Nevius and Promised Road to ProArts Playhouse on Thursday, February 22, 2024.

This evening will be a genre-bending evening of music, performance, film, and more to celebrate the conclusion of a 53-week project. In February 2023, singer-songwriter Kimo Nevius launched a project to write, record, and release a new song every week for 53 weeks.

Created under the umbrella of his one-man band Promised Road, the songs have ranged from acoustic ballads to ‘80s synth, to minimalist classical compositions in the style of John Cage and Meredith Monk and everything in between.

Come celebrate the conclusion of this year-long project with a special combining live instruments, recorded tracks, talk story, one-of-a-kind visuals, and a special guest or two.

This evening with Promised Road will highlight the biggest hits and deepest cuts of this year-long musical adventure.
