Ah… Nobody Knows You… yes Bessie.. tell it like it is! Haven’t heard that song in so long thank you thank you! Awesome! I was listening to this while I was pumping gas at Costco. So I left my door open, the radio blaring, dancing away. The guy on the opposite pump came dancing around… He hadn’t heard it for a long time either. The woman behind me at her pump asked me what station I was listening to. I told her Manao radio… she never heard of it… Now she has! 91.7 I said told her all about everybody was a volunteer from the community that just was there cause They love music. anyway, a new listener! Way to go Bessie and Mike!

Long time listener here. Always great and new music with no effort on my end.
Bill Best is the best. Such a never ending great host. He has a level of delivering great music and comedy consistently unmatched by anyone. Phat Tony voted number 1 for a reason. The time he put into his shows was reflected by the best 4 hrs of the week. One of the happiest moments in recent history was coming out of the pandemic. Bill Best and Phat Tony banter as their shows butted up to each other. It was the best step on getting back to normal. The Hula honey’s are the sweetest giggling woman. Who are just beautiful and entertaining. Pistol Pete is a rocker. Man that dude is blood pumping let us rock show. Brent’s Garage is ear pounder also. A Monday Morning Fire Alarm show. Is the kickstart this week of pace I enjoy. Hawaiian Steel show gives me such pleasure. Duncan Mac such a positive expression through and through.Her made me want to be nicer to the world always.

I haven’t encountered a radio station as innovative, refreshingly original, and creatively varietal as Mana’o since the WHFS days in DC and the WTJU days during my college years. Rock, jazz, punk, country, pop, indie, emo, disco, blues, folk, Hawaiian, new wave, roots – that’s probably not all of the genres I’ve listened to over the years. You guys are GREAT. Every DJ possesses an encyclopedic knowledge of the background of the artists and songs they play. The passion I hear on my radio/laptop often as a DJ explains, explores, extrapolates on various song meanings, influences, and personal stories are priceless. Keep it up, amigos. Man, you’re awesome. Every day and All.Night.Long.
